February 2008 - The bi-annual footwear industry trade show will be held in Las Vegas. The show brings together thousands of wholesalers, retailers, suppliers for the purpose of writing sales orders for late Spring and Fall seasons. Transcap will be represented at the show by Holly Hays, Eastern Region Business Development Executive. Transcap Participation Across the Country

Transcap participates as a member and in some cases as an officer in chapters of the CFA, ACG, TMA, and RMA. Transcap representatives were found during 2007 at the following:

Steven C. Wyatt, who is a member of the Florida TMA Board, attended the TMA Southeast regional conference as well as TMA events in Atlanta, Carolina, Texas and the ACG Capital Connection in Atlanta and Florida.

Holly Hays, who has recently been elected as CFA New Jersey Chapter Treasurer, attended the CFA NJ and NY holiday receptions, the TMA National Conference and is also assisting in the support of a newly formed professional womens group within TMA's New York Chapter.

Paul D. Schuldiner chaired the 3rd annual RMA Northern New Jersey Chapter golf outing which was held in July 2007. In addition, Transcap for the third consecutive year will sponsor the January 2008 RMA Northern New Jersey Chapter wine tasting event attended by over 100 bankers, accountants and attorneys involved in credit management.

International Housewares Association

Transcap's Ira Edelson and Jason Edelson hosted several members of the financial community, who were in town for the annual International Housewares Show. Transcap put on an early morning breakfast for the visitors prior to attending the show.

Transcap has been active in the Housewares industry, both as a participant in the International Housewares Show as well as a noted Industry Service Provider for the International Housewares Association.
