Transcap is a transaction driven organization, as opposed to a formula or an asset driven organization.  Transcap can provide many value-added services that would otherwise be your customer’s responsibility such as arranging direct payments to vendors to obtain favorable pricing.

Transcap will get involved in negotiating the logistics of the purchase of the goods.  This is a key ancillary component of the financing package, because smaller companies may not have the experience in buying or importing such high volumes of products or sufficient staff to handle all of the aspects of the domestic or international sales transaction.

Prior to agreeing to fund the transaction, the inventory purchase, delivery, and all aspects of the sales transaction are reviewed by Transcap to ascertain whether or not they appear to be in compliance with the transaction requirements.
