The Florida Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association in conjunction with University of Florida Fisher School of Business are pleased to present the "When Everything Goes Wrong" case study. The presentation will chronicle the decline of a fictional "institutional credit" through restructuring and the final refinance of the credit.

The presentation will highlight the role of the "Special Asset Department" of the lending bank, the "Turnaround Firm" hired to restructure the credit and the "New Lender" that refinances the restructured credit. Special attention will be made to role of these group in the restructure; how they relate and work together and typical conflicts that may arise.
