From time to time, most small-to-medium-sized companies find themselves cash constrained for one of several reasons.  Fast growth, large orders, seasonal sales spikes, expansion into new markets, high marketing costs or large R&D investments are some of the most common reasons for creating a strain on cash flow.

During these cash constrained times, companies spend significant time and energy struggling to manage working capital.  As funds become limited or are allocated to other mission critical operations, future sales opportunities are jeopardized because their current capital structure cannot support new growth.  If a company cannot find a way to finance these new sales or purchase orders via traditional financing, these valuable sales opportunities are lost.
