January 2007 - Transcap, A Wells Fargo Company, National Business Development Director, Paul D. Schuldiner, assisted by Transcap's business development team, was a presenter at the national sales meeting of Wells Fargo Business Credit division held in San Francisco.

The presentation covered Transcap's Purchase Order Finance and Global Trade Credit programs and illustrated how Transcap and Wells Fargo have been able to work together as illustrated by the discussion of several relevant case studies. By reviewing Transcap's programs, the interactive discussion revealed that there are many prospective deals that could be jointly funded as a result of integrating Transcap's and Wells Fargo's finance products and thereby solving the diverse cash flow and finance requirements of middle market companies.

Transcap was represented at the meeting by Schuldiner, Ira J. Edelson, Transcap's President, and Steven C. Wyatt, Southeast Region Managing Director and attended by approximately 100 Wells Fargo personnel located nationwide.
