NOVEMBER 2007 - Paul D. Schuldiner, National Business Development Director was a featured panelist at the Commercial Finance Association's annual convention held in Phoenix, AZ in November 2007.

The panel was titled The Wave Of The Future: How The Entrepreneurial Lender can Use Strategic Partnerships To Compete With The Larger Lender In Their Markets. The panel did a presentation that was formulated around a case study involving a manufacturing concern that required several forms of financing to accomplish its plan of selling and sourcing internationally as well as making an acquisition.

Mr. Schuldiner illustrated how purchase order financing was utilized as a tool which enabled the company to purchase inventory from overseas while co-existing with both domestic and foreign accounts receivable lenders to provide a complete working capital solution for the company.

The convention was attended Transcap's Steve Wyatt, Holly Hays, John Marrinson, and over 1,500 asset-based finance professionals from across the globe.
